Interview
I had an initial interview with a recruiter. It was pretty straightforward where the recruiter asked how I met the minimum requirements.
I had a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. Within 24 hours of setting up the interview, they changed the hiring manager I would be meeting and offered no explanation for the change.
The interview with the hiring manager was stressful. They clearly were not prepared, had not reviewed my resume, and appeared to be in a hurry. Within the first 5 minutes, I knew this position/company were not for me but went thru the interview anyhow.

Several "rapid fire" questions where they asked what I would do in particular situations. I was asked about professional work experiences with the recruiter but was not asked about any work experiences when interviewing with the hiring manager.
