The 3 panel interview was fairly easy. A few things I noticed. The company says they value diversity, but everyone I interacted with from the recruiter to the 3 panelist where all the same color...I dont think many African Americans are hired here, and Im willing to be if the % of race is pulled I would be right. The team had on their Poker face the entire time, it was as if they were reading from a paper. When I asked them about their ambassador of fun, and shades of black initiatives, they had no idea what I was talking about.

Disorganized. They make you do a project that took hours of my week. Then they turned me down due to experience… you didn’t know I didn’t have enough experience before I got to the final round?
