I was extremely excited to have a chance to interview for Elite SEM, especially after reading such rave reviews online about them.
I was asked to do a SparkHire interview and then to send an e-mail to the recruiter when I was done. I did this and both times I applied, I was never contacted back by the recruiter, even though I tried following up. I never got any sort of response. Disappointing.

Interview
The interview process is thorough vetting process but I appreciate that because you know that everyone at the company is culturally a good fit. There are 6 rounds that I think usually takes a few weeks, however after telling HR that I was under a time constraint they expedited the process so that I was done within a week. The interview included a phone screening, video chat with the manager, a test of my knowledge in the field and making a "About Me" powerpoint presentation, going into the office and presenting my presentation and finally, a panel with current employees to ensure cultural fit.
