They started with an initial phone screening and let me know they were considering me for two roles. They liked me enough to move me to the first round for Senior Strategist, Paid Social. After that Zoom call they decided to consider me for Specialist role on the Paid Social team instead. After that round, they decided again to move me to another team, Client Strategy. I did two rounds of interviews with their team. The final round was a project that took hours out of my week and had to be sent prior to the interview. During my interview they asked zero questions regarding the presentation and seemed unprepared. I was told I would hear back within a week and was ghosted by my recruiter. Had I not reached out to an old recruiter, I probably would have never received my generic rejection email. For a company that preaches a person-first environment, you sure do have a very impersonal process. Treat candidates with dignity and don't waste their time. Extremely disappointed by this process. Do better.
