I had an initial interview with the recruiter discussing the role. Then second interview was with the hiring manager. Had my third interview with a group. They ask you to complete a project for the third interview and present it. All my interviews went well and the hiring manager sounded promising like they wanted to extend an offer before the holidays. It’s now been a month and I’ve written them and have gotten no word back. It’s very unprofessional and rude to just completely ghost a candidate that took time and energy to complete the whole interview process.
