Schedule a 15-minute phone call with the recruiter to learn about the company, a 30-minute Zoom call with the hiring manager to learn about the position, and then back-to-back 45-minute Zoom calls with 2 members of the team (so 1.5 hours and meeting with 4 members total). Everyone was really nice but there may have been a disconnect between the team and the recruiter. I would thank her for providing a detailed rundown before each interview only for it to be completely different. She told me the hiring manager would tell me about the position and ask about my past experience but it was a coderpad immediately at the start of the interview. Then she told me the 1.5 hour panel would be the final round focused on core values so I prepared heavily for it but it was 2 more technical coderpads and nothing related to core values. I was able to solve all the technicals but I got a rejection just cause I didn't sound very prepared when explaining my approach (and they were right cause I was panicking with only core values on my mind lol). All the people on the team seem lovely but I hope they coordinated with the recruiter to not send misinformation to candidates.
