Recruiter approached me with opportunity, had 30 minute phone screen. Met with hiring manager for 30 minutes, then was invited to an in person interview for 2 hours. After that met with the hiring manager again for 60 minutes, and final step was to meet with the CEO for 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and honest. Process took about a month.
