I was contacted rather quickly after applying on the company's website. Had a prescreen interview with the corporate recruiter, second interview with hiring manager and third interview with two peers. After you go through a lengthy interview process, the company should at least give you the courtesy of a reply to several requests for an update on the hiring process. There is no excuse to at least send a computer-generated/generic email stating you were not chosen as a candidate. For this reason alone, I gave the overall experience a negative rating. If you cannot be professional and courteous by providing an update, then I have no interest in your organization.
