Qualify heavily before interviewing here! I stated my base salary requirements on the job application and after 2-3 hours invested in prepping for HR screen,reviewing annual report and 30 minutes of interrogation I find out the total OTE is LESS than my base salary requirements which I stated on my application. Also the overnight travel requirements are misrepresented here, more like 60-80% based on the phone screen. Stated core values simply don't align with the hiring process, experienced sales/business development people be forewarned!
