I submitted my resume via Glassdoor and received a reply via phone about 10 days later from an HR representative. The interviewer was nice and asked questions that pertained to the position as well as questions that pertained to me. This was not a difficult interview and the individual speaking to me was helpful and knowledgeable about what was expected of someone interested in the position. I had gone over their website and knew enough about the company/industry to prepare for the interview and I believe this helped me to obtain a second interview with the Sales Director via phone. He too was nice and helpful regarding the position in the Cleveland area. I am a well-seasoned salesperson and know about integrity when working for a publically traded company. I knew the value of learning about their stocks and competitors which helped me earn a face-to-face interview with the Sales Director. The whole experience was one of the most delightful processes I have experienced while interviewing for a position. This company would be a very good company to work for. They respect their employees and the benefits offered are amazing!!
