First interview is over the phone with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (HR Rep) who spent time reviewing my full resume and work history, she did a deep dive and really asked relevant questions about my expertise. Then I was moved forward to the hiring manager who spent 30 minutes over the phone with me. He is a skilled executive and got down to business with specific brand experience questions and we were off the phone at the 30-minute mark.
