Toast Inc Senior Design Manager interview questions

Echoing other reviews that Toast should be more respectful of candidate's time and the process. Lengthy periods without any information between interviews and excuses with how busy they were. The most degrading is that they changed the role and description that I applied for, while I was still interviewing, and didn't inform me of the shift. So, I was interviewing for a role they knowingly didn't need and skills that didn't align with the role I applied for. I suggest identifying what roles you actually need prior to posting them—could have saved a hours of prep and interviewing. Be more transparent and time-sensitive to interviewees, as others have said. This experience left a bad impression and I won't be recommending Toast to others.
