I took the screening test for the BI Analyst position and I got a decent score (79%). I received an email saying that someone would review my answers and contact me soon, but more than 2 weeks passed without any reply so I assume my application was scrapped.
I’m leaving this review because I thought that the test itself was a cool idea, but if you ghost candidates after it, you’re invalidating any good impression of your hiring process.

Some of the questions contained SQL queries and you had to choose the one with the right syntax, others were more theoretical or based on the candidate’s experience with tools.
