to apply you have to take a test and you get your results immediately. I got my immediate score of 100% and then they said someone would be in touch soon if I made it to the next step. About 3 weeks later I heard back being rejected. I'm very confused about why they did the test in the first place if they aren't going to interview someone who got 100%..
