When you apply on the website you are asked to take a cognitive abilities test (they do not label it as this, but essentially this is what is is) & a week or so later I was emailed and asked to schedule a "culture interview" with Talent Acquisition. Interview was not interesting, just average. At the end I was informed this is a full time role( awesome!) but it's 1099 only. This is due to the high taxes in Estonia from what the interviewer told me. The 2nd interview is a Role Playing style interview with a manager. Then a 3rd interview with a C-level executive. The interview process is too lengthy/consuming and by the time I heard back I had already gotten other offers. I removed myself from the process all together via email before offer. The company appears to not live by their "act fast" mentality when it comes to hiring. If they are not using their pillars as advertised I'm sure I am glad I dont work there.
