I applied online. I interviewed at Toggl (Dubai) in May 2021
Interview
I completed a test using Toggl Hire to see if I had the knowledge for the role, had an informal 40 min interview and completed a design task via email from the product manager. My problem wasn't with the initial interview, but rather with the design task. I spent over 20 hours for this task, then when I refused the job I sent through an email asking for feedback and nobody bothered to respond. I feel asking a candidate to invest their time, skills, effort and energy into your product and then declining to provide any form of feedback is disrespectful to the candidate.
