I applied online. I interviewed at Toggl in Jun 2021
Interview
An automated test, you immediately get your overall score and an immediate pass or no-pass to the next round.
The questions were very well selected, but I thought they were not the type to have a right or wrong answer. There is a correct answer if you go "by the book", but in reality the decisions you make as a product manager vary a lot depending on the specific situation where your company, product and team are.
When getting the result, there is no explanation for the score you get.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Toggl (Tallinn) in Aug 2025
Interview
Was really effective. And the feedback loop was really quick. However it was pretty weird as I did not get to speak to a real person even once. So all the feedback was on the mailing side of things.
They do not have usual recruitment process. To be interviewed, you have to pass their specially designed test. It lasts approximately 20 minutes. Questions are not difficult, but better pay attention to time.
only made it to 2 rounds. nice online process. I think there were supposed to be 5 rounds in total and all remote. its not too difficult but this was the first interview I was going in 8 years
