Drawn out and overwhelming, positive feedback overall only to pull offer out at last minute without much reasoning. Process was convoluted and asked to show in one week what would take months to achieve.

Toggl Hire uses their own ATS. Whole proces took about a month. Initial non-tech interview with HR person, coding homework assignment - create a simple API with db connection, 2 rest endpoints and token based auth, technical interview about 1 hour, cultural check 30 mins

One-way interview with video recording where I had to answer 3 timed questions. Afterwards I received a generic feedback saying my answers were good but not what they were looking for. It made me wonder if they weren't just using the recordings to get data for their hiring system.
