Interview
Virtual based process. First interview was a set of technical questions, to which one was expected to get right answers. This was used purely as a filter. The second interview was just candidate creating a video to answer 2 subjective questions. Which they then used to decide whether you were worth talking to. Very impersonal.

Interview
5 stage interview.
1. Generic questions in a form - no human contact, 10 minutes to complete
2. Record yourself talking with camera answering 2 questions - no human contact, 10 minutes to complete
3. Homework project - no human contact, 20+ hours to compete
4. Interview, questions about 3. and standard HR questions - 45 minutes - finally human contact
5. Test week - 1 week badly paid working on their project
An interview should be a two-way process they ask question, you answer and vice versa. Well here the first 20+ hours its 1 way process where they ask for everything.
The worst interview experience for me to date and its all on their platform TogglHire. If I ever see a company that uses this platform I will know that they do not value my time and will skip it
