It was driven by Toggl Hire an innovative skills and competencies focused approach - it was slick, well structured and thoroughly enjoyable. Following a couple of assessments (one short responses the other video responses), I met the Talent Lead for a cultural fit interview, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager and then a 1 week test week - this was the highlight and an awesome opportunity to experience the team and org culture and complete several role specific tasks throughout the week before presenting my findings to the team.
