I HATED this entire interview process. Honestly, i can only advise everyone to avoid ever applying to this horrible place. It started with an online test, followed by submitting my CV, and then completing multiple one-way video recordings—all of which took a significant amount of time and effort. Despite this, after completing every step, I followed up twice and was completely GHOSTED. Ghosting candidates after such an extensive process is unprofessional and disrespectful. Every touchpoint with a company reflects its values, and in this case, Toggl showed a complete lack of regard for applicants. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine what it's like to work there! I would strongly discourage anyone from applying.
