Le processus de recrutement est cependant assez long, avec une implication significative demandée au candidat avant de percevoir un réel intérêt de l’entreprise pour son profil. L'approche semble davantage axée sur un tri de masse à travers des exercices standardisés, plutôt que sur une évaluation qualitative et personnalisée, ce qui contraste avec les valeurs qu’ils prônent. Cela reste néanmoins un bon exercice pour s'évaluer, même si l’on ne va pas au bout du processus.

Was really effective. And the feedback loop was really quick. However it was pretty weird as I did not get to speak to a real person even once. So all the feedback was on the mailing side of things.
They do not have usual recruitment process. To be interviewed, you have to pass their specially designed test. It lasts approximately 20 minutes. Questions are not difficult, but better pay attention to time.
