Fully automated process with an time-bound questionnaire as the first round. After that continue with an online interview which needs to be recorded. It all feels very inpersonal. It took a long time to get an reaction between first and second round
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Toggl in Aug 2025
Interview
Completed: online test -> recorded video -> cultural interview by recruiter -> skills interview with CRO
Next steps would've been: trial week, CEO interview.
People were nice, process was clear. However, I got the impression they don't know what they're looking for and got mixed signals from different stages. For example, recruiter emphasized the need for hands-on product work and CRO said they're looking for strategic leader and hands-on is not relevant.
