Toggl Sr. Product Manager interview questions

Applied and failed. But it doesn't matter. I knew I was shooting to hight. I'm not a senior yet. BUT! This is the first time I applied where the process was not CV oriented but a quiz. AMAZING! It's their own software Toggl Hire. And it totally makes sense. The questions were fun, and I'm glad I didn't have to copy my CV there but to answer real product questions. The results were honest. It showed me where I was with my answers. The only thing I didn't understand is how it reads open questions. It probably checks the keywords. This is where it needs improvement. When you apply for work you're using HR-friendly terms, so that recruiter will understand what you're talking about. For future applicants - use actual terminology, don't explain "like they're five". Anyways, great job guys! Hope Hire will be hired by lots of companies.
