Interviewed for a position within the Avemco Insurance office. Had to take an odd/off the wall quiz prior to coming in for the interview that apparently helped determine what questions for them to ask. I really enjoyed meeting the people at the office and answered the standard questions from "situational" questions to my previous experience. I wanted to leave a review because I was called by the HR rep within a half hour of leaving the interview, she raved and said that things went really well and I was their number 1 candidate but they had a few other things to handle on their end before continuing the process, they told me to expect a call within a week. When I did not get a call within a week I followed up via email and received an email back the same day advising that I continue to be their number one candidate and I would be hearing from them soon. Two days later I received a voicemail informing me that, while I was great, they went with someone else... I've never been lead on like that by an HR department and was truly disappointed that I didn't end up getting an offer.
