I had applied online and received an email for a phone interview about 2 weeks later. The phone interview had went very well with the recruiter and was then invited to an on-site interview a week later. Before the on-site interview you are asked to take an assessment so that the hiring manager can determine what questions to ask. At the on-site interview before your interview start you are then asked to take an timed IQ test that is for 12 minuets with 50 questions. You are then interviewed again with the HR recruiter that contacted you which went well again. After that is when the horrible experience starts. The hiring manager was completely rude!!! She sat down, crossed her legs, sipped some coffee and then stared at me with an unpleasant look for the longest. After her stare down with me, I started talking until she finally decided to ask me interview questions finally. Her whole demeanor gave me the impression she hated being in the room with me. She never asked me any questions related to the assessment. After asking about one of the company locations that had shut down she responded by saying “ so you couldn’t transfer to another location, that would have been an easy transition. After that horrible interview, I am extremely glad I was not chosen because if she is that horrible interviewing candidates then she will be a horrible manager!!!!!
