Very relaxed interview. It was a very pleasant experience. Typical interview questions and competency based. It was two stage interview. First stage with head of BA and head of PMs. Then one with head of enterprise change

1st with prospective manager and team member
2nd with members of underwriting teams
1st interview questions were based on experience and a few competency questions. Relaxed and conversational. This was during lockdown so potentially not representative of all interviews.
2nd interview with underwriting team was relaxed and conversational discussing business insights and experience.
