After my staffing agency submitted my resume, I was invited to interview with Tokio Marine HCC via video conference. I received an email to choose convenient dates and times for the following week and a brief application to be completed prior to the interview. I received a confirmation email and was provided with the link to connect. The interview was conducted by a panel of three. One of the interviewers yawned and stretched his arms the entire time. I was dressed professionally and present well at interviews but from the beginning I could tell these gentlemen were not interested. Most of the questions were worded in such a way that my answer was lacking the first time and I had to ask them to rephrase the questions more than once to properly answer them. The entire interview was uncomfortable and I can only think they already had another candidate in mind and were just going through the motions.
