I had an interview for a new role in their Luxembourg office. Extremely prolonged and difficult recruitment process. It took them 2 months to finalise the recruitment process. On top of it, I was supposed to have three interviews not four and in the end they changed their mind and decided to do one more interview - a case study. I had to wait minimum a week or two to received feedback after each interview. In my opinion, the staff is ver incompetent from what I've noticed and it takes them too long to make a bold decision. This definitely made negative impression on me. They promote flat business model with no bureacracy on their website, but the recruitment process was totally the opposite. Too much bureacreacy involved which does not align with their vision. The whole team is new and not trained to make interviews at all, from what I understood the whole previous team has quit. For me it was a complete waste of time to have four interviews with people who lack competence and experience. Do not waste your time with this company. If you go to their office you'll notice very corporative and toxic culture.
