Very good interview process while in it. Interviews were scheduled very fast, and the team was great to talk to. Unfortunately, their system “blacked out”, deleted everyones applications, and they had asked me to reapply and then gave me a No. this was after their VP told me I was very qualified for the position, and I would be hearing from HR with next steps. We had even talked about start dates. I had such a good interview process, I was expecting an offer. Didn’t get it, but the shocking part was they ignored all of my emails to lower their management and their VP when I asked for feedback. When you waste a candidates time like this, they deserve to know why they weren’t chosen. Totally unprofessional.
