Interview
There is an initial phone interview. The first in-person interview was with 2 people and lasted just over an hour. The questions were generic (tell me about yourself, explain your work background) the interview had a good flow. As you answered questions they would come up with additional questions about your background.
There were multiple interviews. The first step was getting past the initial application submission with a discussion with the recruiter. The first in person interview was with 2 senior Construction Managers. There were questions about work history, hobbies, music, and such.

I went in and they asked me questions after they asked me to talk about myself and my resume. I spoke to them about current work experience and past experiences on the job.
Zoom format interview during COVID. The entire process was very straight forward. The interview was 2 rounds and felt more like a conversation than an interview. No difficult questions. More just reviewing resume and experience.
