Interview
I went through two rounds of interviewing; the first interview was an in-person interview (i.e. no phone screen) with the position manager. The second interview was a phone interview with a regional manager who was not located in the state in which the job was located. The third interview (I removed myself from consideration prior to the third interview occurring) was to be a Skype interview with a senior level director at their corporate headquarters.
All of the people I spoke with were very polite and friendly and I enjoyed speaking with both of the marketing managers/directors. The interview process was a little funky, in that there was no phone screen and then they requested references after my first interview (but then wanted to do two more interviews). They also insisted on a Skype interview for the third interview, for some reason.

Question 1
The interview questions were all very standard, i.e. "what drew you to the position"; "what are your strengths/weaknesses" etc. The interviewers I spoke to were very easy to converse with.

Interview
Phone interview with HR, interview with local management, interview with Marketing Director and CMO. Get ready for a video conference- the most awkward experience of my life. Prepare for delays, could you please repeat that question, and other technical difficulties.
