First off please make sure to have the recruiter describe the position in great detail before wasting your time with an interview. You see they like to doctor the job description up to make it look like it’s more than it is. The job description made it seem like this was a project coordinator position. IT WAS NOT it was a glorified customer service representative position. I took off to do this interview and it was truly a waste. They make you interview with a 4 person panel over zoom for a customer service job, mind blowing. When I asked about growth I was basically told there was none. It’s all a facade because it’s “toll brothers”. I wanted to end the interview so bad once I realized what it was i completely checked out.
