Interview
Went surprisingly quickly. They were very communicative which was very nice. In total, it was something like 12 actual interviews (but 3 in a day was common) over 3 months.

Question 1
Knowledge of the local market was important. They asked for specific sub-markets you thought would be prudent to develop in and if you had specific deals in mind. You didn’t have to share specific addresses or anything but it certainly seemed to help to not appear to be starting from a standstill.
