Call the hiring manager then call the with office manager. They ask about your experiences and education. Pretty chill interview. No technical questions. They look for someone who has direct experience with the projects they are pursuing at the moment.

Interview
I had multiple phone calls and interviews, thought I was going to get an offer, then never heard back. I was excited about this position, it was unfortunate that they didn't reach out.
Spoke with recruiter and then division president multiple times. Talked about experience and the position. Everyone was easy to talk to and the conversation flowed. It was all done on zoom.
