Genuine store managers, district managers. There will be alot of interviews to go through, and it might take time to get word back. A phone screen, in-person with a store manager, in-person/phone call with district manager, in-person/phone with regional manager.

Know the brand, clothing and go online so you are aware of the current looks. I love the brand therefore it was easy for me and my interview was long about an hour. I was interviewing for a manager position.

1st interview w/ SM at the location you applied to.
2nd interview w/a different SM and or DM but mine was with another SM.
3rd I received an offer 48 hours later from the SM
** If in CA the pay range they post in the job description is 100% false. Not cool!

Quick to communicate, overall easy questions for a higher level position. Passed the first interview with the store manager but bombed with the district. It was over Zoom and tbh, he was so attractive it caught me off guard and I flubbed my words.
