Group interview with three other candidates i felt very compatible they allow each answer questions in the correct amount of time. It was a seasonal positions i wish i would have got the job with Tommy Bahama but i did not because i did not have the work experience they required.
Very straightforward. Asks about your previous experience and what you bring to the table. What interests you about Tommy Bahama, and Sales? Asks questions of how you would deal with certain customers and complaints.
My interview was quick and easy, relaxed and conversational. I submitted my application online then just stopped in in person to introduce myself, so it happened out on the sales floor and was very laid back. Decision was made quickly and was offered a job on the spot.
