Friend told me to put in an application and just so happened that they were hiring for a sales associate. I applied on a Thursday got a call back the next day for an interview on Monday. I had two interviews with a manager and the assistant manager. Managers were really chilled and nice. They didn't make me feel awkward at all. Received an offer an hour later.

Fairly simple and straightforward. Make sure to review the application and prepare for the interview, and if you do so you will be good. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
It was an exciting and wonderful experience. The Manager ask thoughtful and typically questions for a retail associate role. We spent time touring the store and discussing the upcoming seasons collection. We even picked out my favourite items in the store.
The process was very fluid and the managers who interviewed me were very personable and kind. The overall process was a great one and gave a welcoming feel to the work environment.
