Had an initial interview with the recruiter that went well, but the first interview with someone in the same role was so unprofessional. She was too busy talking to someone off screen than what I was saying.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tommy Bahama (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied online and a recruiter reached out within a day or so to schedule a phone interview. Emily was such a prompt and helpful recruiter and was always on top of communications with me. I cannot emphasize enough how meaningful that is from a candidate perspective.
After the initial interview with recruiting, I was set up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. She was very kind and conversational. We had a good conversation, lasting just shy of an hour. She answered all of my questions.
I was asked to come in for an in-person interview where I met with multiple members of the team. Ultimately I found out about a week later that they had gone a different direction. I ended up accepting another opportunity the following week - no hard feelings! Overall, a very positive and efficient experience.
