I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tommy Bahama (Jupiter, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Simple. Very friendly and welcoming! It was a 2 part interview process. One with a manager and one with the GM. GM was definitely more intimidating than the first manager but I expected that. First interview was a piece of cake but the GM interview definitely had some challenging questions especially since I had not worked in a restaurant prior. But its basic common sense. Make the guest want to come back to your establishment so do whatever it takes to make that happen!! In any job!

I applied online. I interviewed at Tommy Bahama (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was easy, the first manager really liked me and wanted to move forward. Called in for the next manager to interview me and she ended up drilling me about my resume and school. Then said, well we will reach out if we decide to move forward. I could easily tell that she wasn't going to call me after attacking my resume.
