I met with stock manager names Luis Comas inside the store. He advised me the interview would be held outdoors. He asked me standard interview questions. He made little to no eye contact throughout the process, looking down as I spoke. Before I could properly answer a question I was interrupted and a new question was asked. He was clearly rushing. He ended the interview by stating “you’ll hear from us by the end of the week”. He also kindly added “If you’re not selected we hope you continue to shop with us” I’d like to add sitting outside in 90+ degree heat is not a good interview atmosphere.
