Dropped my CV in store and got a call a few months later inviting me along to an interview when they finally began re-recruiting. The interview was 5 days after the original call. Interview was very relaxed and more of a chit chat.
Easy interview with typical HR questions. Interview panel: HR and manager. They asked about CV and how you would deal with customers. They also asked about studies, availability and future goals.
