I got a phone call weeks after I applied calling me in for an interview. I later found out it was a group interview where we all sat in the back and were asked questions by an assistant manager who wrote them down. overall really easy interview, you were judged on appearance, cheeriness and answers. Was told we would get a call within 2 weeks but I got the offer 2 days later
