I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (Phila, PA) in Apr 2014
Interview
I sat down with two of the managers and was asked very brief questions about my previous employment but more about what I knew about the brand. I guess this is pretty standard. I was asked about my future, school, etc. They were extremely concerned with my availability, which also I feel is standard in retail. Once I told them I had open availability I feel like I landed the job. The overall experience of the interview was good. I feel as though the woman who was interviewing me may have been more nervous than I was, but she may have been stressed about something else. All in all it was a decent experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger in Jul 2013
Interview
Interview process was with myself and another man. Simple questions like "Why should we higher you?" and discussed availability and such. We also discussed the brand and how it fits into an everyday work environment. Other topics included stressful work situations, work ethics and philosophy.
