You fill out a paper application in store then you turn it in and you'll get a call within 3 to 5 business days and shopping in positio you fill out a paper application in store then you turn it in and you'll get a call within 3 to 5 business days from the manager and he/she will say they'd like to offer you a position and then you if you accept the position you will schedule an interview with the manager and after the in-store interview (which is probably about 20 to 30 minutes long) the manager will call you in a few days and say you either got the job or you didn't and then she'll tell you to come in and sign some paperwork and forms and then she'll tell you when your first day at work is and then you'll get a schedule and then show up to work.

Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
