Super chill - they ask you around 5 questions and are super welcoming to anyone from any level of experience. My interviewer and I started to talk about other things too like movies and traveling. Very casual, very friendly, don't take yourself or it too seriously.

How do you manage situations in times of crisis or stress?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
