1st and 2nd interviews were mostly behavioral: - tell me a little bit about yourself - how you dealt with ambiguity - teamwork question 3rd panel interview was mostly technical with some behavioral mixed in: - grilled me about past projects - tell me how you would fully release a change you make to a product (from analysis to production) - textbook cantilever problem. the one i got asked was how you would reduce deflection in a cantilever beam. what dimensions would you change that would have the most impact to this deflection. - GD&T question - asked how a certain part of the tonal product worked to assess your thinking - tell me about a time you had to adapt to a change in schedule or process - how do your skills fit with this position at tonal - preference for teamwork or working independently
