The process makes you assume you're going to work for a positive company that promotes overall growth and positive company culture. However once you finally get through the 2-3 interview process, the hourly terrible, and their poor excuse for a "bonus" for achieving your monthly sales goal is a joke.
Very simple and fast. The recruiter was honest of the details and pay of the job beforehand. The manager was fun and energetic. I declined the offer for another opportunity but the process was simple

Very straight to the point interview. It started with general manager of store then a product demo in store, followed by a regional manager interview. It was a good and short process.
