My interview process was called a "Mission Ambition", which was a group setting full of ice breakers with other new hir hopefuls and a set of 3 speed interviews with management. Lately they have switched to using the traditional interview method more often. They value enthusiasm and personality over work experience.

Fun group interview, very stress free, the more engaged and outgoing you are the more likely you are to receive a job offer, refferals also help a lot with getting an offer
