To be honest it was a little random to come in an have everyone dancing around to some music that was playing, I understand that the point is to keep the energy up and see how outgoing you are but it felt kind of out of place.

Different from what I was expecting to say the least. When you get to the interview process you are split up into groups, then you dance..and dance! You play games, you are asked out loud random questions about your self.There was not one question regarding ANY experience with anything you may or may have done!
